No special equipment is required to begin. A yoga mat is helpful but not essential—you can practice on any comfortable surface. Your program materials include a detailed list of optional props (blocks, straps, blankets) that enhance certain exercises, but they are entirely optional. All basic exercises can be performed with just your body weight. Personal coaching sessions may recommend specific props based on your individual needs.
